We are excited for you to visit as soon as our team is in our new branch. As things stand right now, we are set to open in early spring and would love to see you there. You can check back closer to our opening day to see if there were any construction delays pushing our opening day back.
Our team will be celebrating the opening of our new branch in different ways every week, and we hope you are able to join us. As soon as we open, you can stop in and get entered in to win our 1 Month Celebration Giveaway (this isn't your mother's toaster!). We will also have fun activities for kids that involve a chance to win a variety of prizes (a bike, a game night pack, and a ice cream treat pack), cupcakes and hot chocolate to brighten your day, and opportunities to talk to a financial expert about your unique situation.

The date for our Grand Opening Celebration will be finalized as the construction team gets closer to being done. As of right now, we are looking towards a Springtime celebration. Our team will share updates on our social media pages regularly, or you can check back here for updates as well.Our team has been preparing for this day for over a year, and we are going to celebrate it accordingly. Our Motivation Behind Opening Our Lima Road Branch
To remain relevant and competitive, growth is necessary. At CSB, we had a choice to make, and we chose to continue to serve our customers with innovative and impactful financial tools. To be able to compete with the larger banks while remaining true to our values and mission, we searched for opportunities to better serve our existing customers while also looking for new customers that would value the community banking style we offer.
Allen County is the ideal expansion location for our CSB team as we currently serve various community members already. We have over $40 million in deposits and $105 million in loans from Allen County residents and businesses, and by opening this branch we will be able to better attend to their needs. We are able to offer the same government protections and insurance as a large bank with the personal touches, understanding, and attention to detail that only a bank that’s dedicated to finding the right solution for you as an individual can offer. Our team of highly experienced bankers and loan officers are ready to build a one-on-one relationship with you to begin the journey of what community banking can look like for you.

To earn the stated 4.13% APY, the account must be opened by an individual that does not currently have any open CSB account and keep an average daily balance of $5,000 or more. The account tiered-rate adjusts with the Federal Funds Rate and may change at any point without notification. The promotional tiered-rate applies for the first 4 months of the account being open and then adjusts to the current tiered-rate for Relationship Checking Accounts thereafter. If the average daily balance drops below $5,000, the APY earned will reflect that of the applicable Relationship Checking Account tiered-rate which is 0.00% APY as of November December 20, 2024.
