If you think your statement or receipt is wrong, or if you need more information about an item or transfer on your statement, please contact us by telephone, clicking the ‘Contact Us-Secure Form’ link shown below, or mailing your inquiry to the address shown below as soon as you can.
We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we send you the FIRST statement on which the error or problem appeared. Please include the following information:
- Your name and the account number affected
- Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about. Explain as clearly as you can why you believe there is an error, or why you need more information.
- The dollar amount and transaction date of the suspected error.
We will investigate your complaint and will correct any error promptly. If we take more than ten business days to complete the investigation, we will provisionally credit your account for the amount you think is in error so that you will have use of the money during the time it takes to complete the investigation.
Loan Accounts
Applies to the following loan types secured by a Residential Dwelling:
- Mortgage loans
- 2nd Mortgage loans
DOES NOT apply to:
- Home Equity Lines of Credit (HELOC)
- Vacant Land
- Commercial purpose loans
Error Resolution Requests
Written requests need to be on a separate sheet of paper and contain the following:
- Borrower name
- Account number
- The error the borrower believes occurred
Information Requests
Written requests need to be on a separate sheet of paper and contain the following:
- Borrower name
- Account number
- A statement of the information the borrower is requesting with respect to a loan
- Any and all supporting documentation (example: court order, account statement, copy of relevant portion of the consumer credit report, etc.)
