Summer Basket Giveaway
From September 1 – September 8, you can tag CSB in your chalk art creations to be entered into a random drawing for our Summer Basket Giveaway.
Any Indiana resident can enter, no purchase necessary, and the rules are simple - keep it clean and have fun. To hear if you win, follow CSB’s Facebook page. The winner will be chosen at random from all the submissions and announced on Facebook on September 12th.

“CSB Summer Basket Giveaway”
OFFICIAL RULES
- HOW TO ENTER: All entries must be submitted via Facebook between September 01, 2024 and September 08, 2024 and should include a picture of your submission. For an entry to be eligible via Facebook, the post must include tagging Community State Bank’s social media account (CSB handle: @yourCSBavilla). There is no purchase necessary.
- ELIGIBILITY: Open to residents of Indiana 18 years of age and older as of September 01, 2024.
- DRAWING: A random drawing will be conducted on or about Friday, September, 12, 2024 by the Administrator, which will be a designated Employee of CSB. Odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. Potential winner will be notified by Facebook and must pick up their prize at any CSB location within 14 days of the date notice is received or otherwise setup time to retrieve their prize. Failure to respond within the applicable time period will result in forfeiture of prize and Sponsor shall have the option to award the prize to an alternate winner. All income taxes resulting from acceptance of prize are the responsibility of winner. By entering this giveaway, entrant accepts and agrees to these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator, which shall be final in all matters.
- RELEASE: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants waive all right to, and hold harmless the Promotion Parties from, any claim, liability, loss, damage (including punitive, incidental, and consequential damages), or expense (including attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with participation in this sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. This includes a release of any liability or other claims against Facebook or any other social media platform used to promote the Giveaway. Neither Facebook nor any social media platform has sponsored this Giveaway. Acceptance of a prize also constitutes permission to the Promotion Parties to use winner's name and likeness for marketing purposes without further compensation or right of approval, unless prohibited by law. Promotion Parties will not be responsible for: lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, incomplete, incorrect, or postage due entries; lost, late, or misdirected prize notices; or any typographical, or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the sweepstakes, or announcement of the prize[s]. In the event of any such error, Sponsor reserves the right to request that the Administrator cancel or modify this giveaway in a manner deemed appropriate by the Administrator, at the Administrator's sole discretion. All federal and state laws apply.
- PRIZE: Prize consists of Summer Giveaway Basket consisting of Summer related items valued under $200 including chalk, bubbles, art kits, gift cards, and other fun items. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. If a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded.
- CHOICE OF LAW AND FORUM: Entrant agrees that all matters arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Indiana, without giving effect to any of its conflict of laws provisions thereof. Entrant further agrees that any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or relating to this sweepstakes and these Official Rules shall be brought exclusively in the applicable federal or state courts located in Fort Wayne, Indiana.
- WINNER LIST: For the name of the prize winner prize available after September 12, 2024 send a self-addressed, stamped envelope requesting said information to CSB’s contact information below.
